Refund Policy

This policy explains how NOTABIS handles refund requests for subscriptions, usage credits, digital products and other purchases made through the NOTABIS account platform.

1. Subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring subscription using the available account or billing controls. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal; access already paid for may continue until the end of the current billing period unless applicable law or the product terms say otherwise. Refunds for a current subscription period are considered where required by law or where a material billing or service error is confirmed.

2. Credits and digital products

Usage credits, Tempest Tokens and other digital entitlements are generally non-refundable after they have been issued or consumed, because they are delivered digitally and may be immediately usable. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

For templates, downloads and other digital products, refund eligibility may depend on the listing, delivery state and applicable law. A product that was not delivered, is materially defective or was charged incorrectly can be reviewed.

3. Eligible technical or billing errors

  • A verified payment was taken but the purchased service, credit or digital product was not delivered.
  • A duplicate or incorrect charge was made.
  • A confirmed technical fault materially prevented the purchased service from being provided.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.

4. How to request a review

Contact contact@notabis.com with your account email, order or payment reference, the product involved and a description of the problem. Do not include full payment card numbers or passwords. We aim to review requests within 5 business days and will return approved refunds to the original payment method where possible.

5. Payment disputes and abuse

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate delivery or billing problems. Fraudulent use, intentional abuse of refunds or chargebacks for valid delivered purchases may result in account restrictions, subject to applicable law.

6. Changes

We may update this policy when our products, payment arrangements or legal obligations change. The version published on this page applies to new requests.
