Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to NOTABIS Labs, the NOTABIS account platform, and the products and services made available through it. By creating an account or using a NOTABIS service, you agree to these terms.

1. The NOTABIS services

NOTABIS provides focused software, online tools and digital products for developers, creators, website owners and small teams. Services may include NOTABIS SEO, WebCheck, browser utilities, templates, account features, subscriptions, digital downloads and related product sites. Products differ in their features, limits and availability; the current product page and service interface describe what is available at the time you use them.

2. Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
  • You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity carried out through your account.
  • Do not share access, impersonate another person, or attempt to bypass authentication, limits or security controls.
  • We may suspend or restrict an account where necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, security threats or material violations of these terms.

3. Subscriptions, credits and purchases

Some NOTABIS products may be offered through recurring subscriptions, usage limits or prepaid credits. The product interface will identify the applicable price, billing interval, included allowance, renewal terms and cancellation options before you complete a purchase.

  • Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled or otherwise ended.
  • SEO credits and other usage credits are digital service entitlements, not money, stored cash or a transferable financial asset. They may only be used for the product and purpose described when issued.
  • Tempest Tokens, where offered, are closed-loop digital items for approved Tempest services. They have no cash value and may not be resold, transferred or redeemed outside those services unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to payment processing.

4. Acceptable use

You must use NOTABIS lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the services to attack, scan or overload systems without authorisation; submit content or targets you do not have the right to use; interfere with service operation; evade rate limits; distribute malware; infringe rights; or use the services for fraud, harassment or unlawful surveillance.

For auditing and monitoring products, you confirm that you own or are authorised to analyse the submitted website, service or content. You remain responsible for the targets, data and instructions you provide.

5. Intellectual property

NOTABIS and its licensors retain all rights in the NOTABIS software, branding, content, interfaces and documentation. Subject to these terms and any applicable product licence, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose. You retain rights in content and data you submit, while granting us the limited permissions needed to operate and support the relevant service.

6. Availability and third-party services

Products may change as they are developed, and features, limits or availability may vary by product and plan. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some products link to or depend on third-party services, including payment providers, Notion Marketplace listings, hosting providers and external product sites. Those services are controlled by their respective providers.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and any rights you have under applicable law. Do not initiate a payment dispute for a valid transaction without first contacting support so we can investigate the issue. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an “as available” basis. NOTABIS does not guarantee search rankings, uninterrupted monitoring, particular business results, or that recommendations will be complete or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOTABIS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the services. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms when the services or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page. We may end or restrict access to a service or account where reasonably necessary. Sections concerning payments, intellectual property, acceptable use, disclaimers and liability continue to apply where relevant after termination.
